Information for International Orders
We welcome orders from outside of the United States!! All international orders are sent via insured mail. Any customs forms will state the full amount of the items inside the package. International customers will be responsible for any customs related taxes, VAT and charges imposed by your country's customs authority. Please note that there are a few restricted countries that NoiseFX does not ship to but we do ship to a vast majority of the world!
About shipping times
Though we state that we ship our orders within two business days, most orders received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Some orders may be held until we can verify billing information. To avoid any delays in shipping your order, please make sure your billing information matches the address and phone number your credit card issuer has for you (i.e. where you have your statements sent). All delivery times listed are measured in business days. For example, a One-Day order placed on Friday should arrive on the following Monday. Most carriers do not move shipments on Sundays and holidays.
