Description
The Boss Hyper Fuzz FZ-2 is a versatile distortion pedal with three distinct modes.
The Fuzz 1 mode is used for a 'booming' sound, the Fuzz 2 mode is for treble sound and the Gain Boost mode is beneficial when the FZ-2 is used together with amp distortion.
The FZ-2 attempts to create a fuzz sound reminiscent of the 60's and 70's but it also has the possibility to create a sound that is more in the grunge direction making this a super useful fuzz pedal.
The FZ-2 can also be used purely as a gain booster with no added distortion.
Since 1997, Boss is no longer making this awesome pedal.
This particular Boss Hyper Fuzz FZ-2 is in used condition.
Has a lot of surface scratches and is missing the label on the bottom of the pedal.
Includes original box -- box has marks and is a little bit worn but not falling apart.
