The Danelectro BLT Slap Echo DJ-3 is a great delay effect pedal with a short delay time. Perfect for giving just a hint of 'bathroom' type echo that beefs up your sound.
The two controls allow you to set the amount of repeats (feedback) and wet/dry mix.
