The Effector 13 Doomsday Device is actually a Torn's Peaker and Never Drive in one pedal plus an oscillation footswitch. Bring on sonic mayhem and synth-sounding goodness in the Torn's Peaker mode or switch over to the Never Drive mode and take upper octave fuzz to a new level.
